In our blog, we have seen so many posts on Varahi Amman. Ever since the first video on Varahi Amman was posted in Athma Gnana Maiyam, so many Youtubers and bloggers have been posting many videos on this powerful goddess, Varahi amman pooja at home, and the miracles that have happened in their lives because of Varahi Amman pooja and her blessings. However, in South India there are not many temples dedicated to Varahi Amman exclusively. One can find Varahi Amman temples in Bangalore but not many.
I stay in Hoodi Circle near, ITPL and in my vicinity, I couldn’t find any of Her temples. The only one temple where I have seen Varahi Amman Temple Bangalore is in Gavi Gangadheshwara Temple, where She was sitting calm and poised among the Saptamatrikas. Recently on October 2, I had been to the Muthu Mariamman temple in Tin Factory, and was pleasantly surprised to Varahi Amman temple in the Prathyangira Devi complex. I had recently shared the Amavasya pooja at this Prathyangira Devi temple in Tin Factory Bangalore. I went in the morning around 10.00 AM and was skeptical if the temple would be opened. But luckily, it was opening and I left the temple at around 11.00 AM. Until then, there were people coming inside and there was no sign that the temple might close anytime soon then. The day I went was Panchami and there was a board which said that there was Panchami Pooja for Varahi Amman organized in the temple at 5.00 PM
Even best part is that the Benniganahalli Metro Station is right infront of this temple. On the day I went, this metro line was not constructed and I walked all the way from KR Puram Metro Station to the temple by taking the Skywalk near Tin Factory Bus station. Next time, I can go all the way until Benniganahalli Metro Station 🙂 So, please do visit this powerful temple that has Ganesha, Muthu Mariamman, Prathyangira Devi, Melmaruvathur Om Shakthi, Kala Bhairavar, Varahi Amman, and one more God whom I am not aware, Navagrahas, and seek their blessings. These gods are highly revered for their black magic reversal powers and one can definitely get rid of negative thoughts, evil eyes, bad dreams and black magic by visiting this temple and soaking in the positive aura there.
