If you believe in horoscope, then you are no new to the world of “Shani Bhagavan”. For others, who do not follow horoscope (a rarity in India though), Shani is the Saturn planet who is believed to play a crucial role in deciding the life consequences of a person based on the planetary movements. Some of the common heard words are the ezharai shani and ashtama sani. During these periods in one’s horoscope, it is believed that one will go through the most difficult phases of his life due to the planet Saturn. In my house also, one of us is undergoing Ashtama Shani during which one undergoes extreme trauma in relationships, finances, health, reputation, and what not. You can be taken to extreme downfall that you might even wonder if at all is there anything you could lose further. So, ever since that prediction I started watching the monthly rasi palan from literally all astrologers. I just let these videos and other videos like Remedies for Shani problems play in the background as I do my work, house chores, deep clean etc etc. (I will reserve the debate on so these work or not, should we belive horoscope in 2023 etc etc for some other post).

Two interesting remedies for Shani problems
As I see these kind of videos, I saw one revered astrologer who claims that he sees horoscope for all high-profile clients say that if we work out and sweat it, then Shani Bhagavan will not cause any problems in life or in other words, the harsh effects of Ashtama Sani will be less. While that sounded interesting, I just left it and it has been months since I saw that video.
Now, as I was seeing the rasi palan videos of November, a shorts popped up in which another astrologer was talking about an even more interetsing way to overcome to harsh effects of the Shani planet in a podcast. In that he asks people to do the menial task of cleaning of a bathroom as a remedy. He says that a person who keeps the house/office space clean including the bathrooms can escape from the difficulties to a significant extent. Interesting right?
While the motive of this post is not showcase my favour to these or against these, these are worth trying. Ask a person who is in the lowest phase of his life and he will tell you that he would do anything possible to overcome these. These remedial measures to overcome the ill-effects of Shani’s position like cleaning and keeping yourself fit by working hard do not cost you a penny and takes a few minutes of your day. Even if the difficulty does not go away, you will certainly become a fitter person and the place you live will become more welcoming and warm in terms of cleanliness.
Both these remedial measures are proven to release happy hormones in your mind and scientifically that these happy hormones can give you a fresh and motivating mindset to overcome the problems in your life.
If you think it is worth giving it a try, just shed off those laziness, declutter, clean, and workout.
