  1. dēvamuni pravarārcita liṅgaṁ:
    • dēva: Refers to deities or gods.
    • muni: Signifies sages or wise beings.
    • pravara: Means foremost or excellent.
    • arcita: Indicates worshiped or adored.
    • liṅgaṁ: Represents the symbol or form of Lord Shiva.
    • Translation: “The excellent and worshiped liṅga adored by deities and sages.”
  2. kāmadahana karuṇākara liṅgam:
    • kāmadahana: Refers to Lord Shiva as the destroyer of desires or passions.
    • karuṇākara: Signifies the compassionate one.
    • liṅgaṁ: Again, the symbol or form of Lord Shiva.
    • Translation: “The liṅga of Lord Shiva, who destroys desires and is compassionate.”
  3. rāvaṇadarpa vināśana liṅgaṁ:
    • rāvaṇadarpa: Refers to the pride or arrogance of the demon king Ravana.
    • vināśana: Means destroyer.
    • liṅgaṁ: Once again, the symbol or form of Lord Shiva.
    • Translation: “The liṅga that destroys the pride of Ravana.”
  4. tatpraṇamāmi sadā śiva liṅgam:
    • tat: Refers to that, indicating the previously mentioned liṅga.
    • praṇamāmi: Means I bow down to or salute.
    • sadā: Signifies always or forever.
    • śiva: Refers to Lord Shiva.
    • liṅgaṁ: Once more, the symbol or form of Lord Shiva.
