The fifth day after Pournami (full moon) and Amavasya (new moon) are called Panchami thithi. This day is considered auspicious for Varahi Amman – the powerful God who can keep you safe from external enemies like evil eyes and black magic and from internal enemies like anger, lust, and greed. We have seen many posts about Varahi amman, how to do Varahi Pooja at home, and Varahi Amman temples in Bangalore. This post is a heads-up on the Panchami November 2023 dates so that you can keep yourself prepared for the pooja and get Amma’s blessings.

Varahi Panchami November 2023 Dates
Krishna Paksha Panchami Nov 01, 9:19 pm – Nov 02, 9:52 pm

As a sankalp, you can choose the Valarpirai Panchami (Nov 17) to pray for prosperous things like wealth, health, and prosperity. Do the Varahi amman pooja on Theipirai Panchami (Nov 2) to pray for freedom from evil eyes and black magic, to get cured of diseases, and to remove obstacles in life.
If you can’t do the pooja in detail, just try visiting Varahi amman temple near you. If that’s not possible as well, just light a lamp and pray to Varahi amman for just a minute with utmost devotion and faith. When it comes to flowers, you can offer sweet smelling flowers like jasmine or red colour flowers like arali and hibiscus or the blue-coloured shakapushpi.
