The above are the names of Lord Shiva. You can chant them during your regular pooja regime. For best results, chant the above on Mondays, the day which is special for Lord Shiva. You can chant it on auspicious days like Sani Maha Pradhosham, monthly Pradhosham, and on MahaShivaratri.
How To Do Simple Shiva Pooja At Home
Clean your pooja altar.
Light a diya with pooja oil or ghee.
Light incense sticks or dhoop.
Offer milk for Lord Shiva.
Chant the above holy names by offering flowers or Bilva leaves on the Shivaling or Shiva picture.

You can get a Shiva picture from Amazon. However,please be noted that having a picture and chanting is one way to worship him. You can also light a dhiya, fill it with ghee and cotton which and invoke Shiva in that light and consider the dhiya as Shiva himself and pray sincerely. If finding a dhiya is also difficult for you, just light a candle and pray. If that is also not possible, just take a print out of His picture and meditate upon it.
