Earlier, I had shared a post on plants to keep at home to increase positive energy at our home. While I have pothos(money plant – both white leaved ones and green leaves ones), tulasi and lucky bamboo, I did not have jade and betel leaves. So, I thought I will try my hands on Growing Jade from Cuttings in Bangalore. I got a betel leaves plant from a nearby nursery which died just in one week after bringing home from nursery ! And for jade, I took a cutting from a plant at roadside near Hoodi metro station. I did not have scissors or knife handy and hence just broke a small branch without harming the mother plant. I put the stem in soil in a tea cup. This was long back in Jan 14, 2024. It is now solid two and a half months and the stem simply stands. Neither has it shed its leaves not has it grown any new leaves. This plant is kept in a really bright room without direct sunlight.

If someone could tell me some guides or tip on Growing Jade from Cuttings in Bangalore and betel leaves (had failed 4-5 times) It will be really really helpful.
